Trying out the ‘No-Makeup’ Makeup Look

Back with another post trying a new type of makeup look for you guys! It’s a tag that other beauty bloggers & vloggers have tried, so I thought hey why not give it a go. I feel like the whole goal of this makeup look was to make yourself look as natural as possible – while using makeup. Oh you think my skin looks so clear “without makeup”? Gotcha! It’s just a bit of foundation babe. So *fingers crossed*  let’s see how this went:

So how did I do? First of all, I’m quite proud of how it turned out. I just did my normal routine except I used less product than I normally would use. I really went for that “all natural” look with glowy skin. For my eyeshadow I went with a bit of eyelid primer, an eyeshadow base and a color that are the same shade as my skin tone. I used a palette that I got from Walmart called “Glam Nudes” by a brand called Glam & Beauty. The eyeshadows are really natural shades so it was perfect for this look. I only put on a bit of mascara because I wanted to add a little length to my natural lashes. I didn’t contour but I added a tiny bit of concealer under my eyes to minimizes those dark circles. I finished up with a bit of highlighter to get the glowy effect and some moisturizer on my lips. Then just added a setting spray and done! Side note: I just wanted to say how proud I am of my eyebrows, because they were more fleeky than usual.

Overall I felt good about this look and I’m glad I got to finally try it out! This look is perfect for days where you don’t wanna wear your usual full-face, but you at the same time you don’t want to be completely bare faced. I would wear this look on days where I go to the beach because I HATE having on so much makeup when I wanna relax. Below I have a pic and list of all the products I used on this “no makeup” makeup look!
